I’m nearly 60 years old (59). I have never kept a journal before. Wisemor Journal makes it easy to start, and it’s helping me discover new things about myself at this age. It feels really healing.
Okay here’s my honest opinion- If you’re like me who doesn’t believe in guided journals because those have just silly prompts or questions than You’ll love this journal. I know that’s not directly related to the journal. 😄 Second, I’ve never journaled in my life. I’ve seen some journals but never used one, so this is my first experience. Things I really like about it: 1. The exercises are really thoughtful, creative, and they do make you realize things. 2. I love how the ‘check-in’ page is designed and how it lets you open step by step and pushes you forward to complete the exercise. 3. The build quality and design are lovely. As someone who hates self-improvement gimmicks, it was hard for me to start this, but now after completing this journal, I can say that I'm glad that I started it. This is a practical journal which if done seriously, it can makes you feel a lot of things. So yeah, 4.8/5 from my side.

The stories: I’ve never seen stories in any journal before. The stories are integrated engagingly and are interesting to read. 3. Drawable Exercises: Super engaging and eye-opening in some places. The story related questions are integrated in a very motivating way. 4. The Build Quality: Okay, the overall build quality is really, really good at this price point. I love that they kept the cover soft and crush-proof, since I love to fold my journals in and out, so it’s actually useful. NEGATIVES: 1. The only negative I think is that the pages are not made for fountain pens. Although most people don’t use fountain pens, I love using them, and the ink bleeds through. So if the Wisemor Team is reading my feedback, please look into it.

It feels gentle, honest, and quietly powerful. The prompts help you slow down and face thoughts you may have been avoiding. For me, it became less of a journal and more of a mirror. I'm a huge fan of wisemor's journaling system now, I love how they designed it, the space and the stories are really good. The only thing they need to improve is the shipping timing. I live in Canada and got in two weeks and I almost forgot till then that I ordered some journal. Also I would love to chat with the production manager for the kickstarter if possible.
