Journaling daily means you can complete a journal in 50 days. However, most users find three times a week more practical, so at that pace, you'll finish a journal in about three months.
Firstly, Congratulations on completing your Wisemor Journal! Depending on what you want next, there are a couple of directions you can take.
You can move onto the Wisemor Journal Unlimited—our follow-on journal. It continues our signature Check-In tool but drops the 33 exercises, so you get more freedom and less step-by-step guidance.
Or, you could complete the Wisemor Journal again. Many people find this useful for noticing their progress, reinforcing good habits, and supporting ongoing growth.
We developed Wisemor Journal in close collaboration with a psychology professor, drawing from proven research by experts and spending countless hours consulting with leading therapists. While we’ve conducted extensive research and user testing as part of our intellectual property, we don’t make this data public. However, the research and many of the peer-reviewed papers we reference are readily available online.
